Library Card

If you would like to apply for a virtual-only library account, please fill out the form below. You will receive an email within 24 business hours with your new account number. This number will allow you to access all online resources available through the GCPL website.

To obtain a physical library card, please stop by the library with your photo id and proof of address. This card will allow you to borrow library materials from GCPL, as well as provide the same online access as a virtual-only card.

Please note: This virutal only card is only eligible for Garrard County and surrounding county residents.
